As part of the IFBB International Federation, we strictly follow all official IFBB rules and regulations. If you aim to compete in future IFBB contests—both in Thailand and internationally—it is essential that you fully understand these guidelines.
That’s why attending this posing class is highly recommended for all athletes. Our international coaches and certified judges will guide you through the correct poses, stage presentation, and competition requirements to help you prepare for success.

To get the most out of this session, please bring your official competition attire (e.g. bikini, shorts, or trunks), so we can provide feedback and advice tailored to your category
Schedule
The women’s class will run from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early for registration.
The men’s class will run from 01:00 PM to 03:00 PM.
We recommend arriving at least 30 minutes early for registration.
A few days before the event, you will receive an email with your exact time slot.

If you wish to participate in more than one category, please submit a separate registration for each category.
For example, if you want to join 2 categories, you need to fill out the registration form twice; for 3 categories, three times, and so on.
