Rules

Women’s Wellness Participants Enter the Stage One by One:

The participant walks straight toward the cross mark at the center back of the stage. This means walking parallel to the back wall of the stage until reaching the center—not walking directly toward the front. (This allows the judges to observe the walk from the side.)
At the cross mark, the participant makes a quarter turn (greeting the judges and audience) and then walks forward toward the judging panel. (The judges now see the participant walking directly toward them.)
At the front center, the participant performs the 4 Bikini poses in a smooth, flowing manner—approximately one second per pose:
Front Pose – Side Pose – Back Pose – Side Pose – and returning to the Front Pose to finish.
After completing the poses, the participant walks to the lineup area at the back or side of the stage. Follow the instructions of the stage manager at all times.

Women’s Wellness Line-up Comparisons:

Participants are called forward in groups of 4 or 5 based on their number, and take position at the center cross mark on stage.
Comparisons are done using quarter turns to the right:
The sequence starts with the Front Pose, followed by Side Pose – Back Pose – Side Pose, and ends again with the Front Pose.
After the full line-up has been compared, the judges may call individual participants for additional comparisons.
If you hear your number called, step forward and stand where the stage manager instructs you.

Women’s Wellness Rules

The bikini bottom may not have chain-style side connections.
At least one-third of the gluteus must be covered.
The bikini top and bottom must match in color and design.
Shoes may have a heel of maximum 12 cm and a sole thickness of maximum 1 cm.
Piercings are not allowed.
If you have a piercing that is difficult to remove, it must be covered, e.g., with a bandage or other suitable covering.
